How it works:

• Once the surprise is booked, our design team will be assisting with the customization process.
• A team of ours will reach the location and install the setup as per the mentioned time.
• Our team will be carrying all the required equipment to install the set-up.
• The setup requires an installation time of 45-120 minutes based on the customization.
• A few items in the list of surprise elements would be collected by our team once the surprise is done. 
• The installation involves time and emitting sound while working, for which we would need coordination to keep it up without letting the surprise reveal.

Specifications:

• The decoration set-up is done at your residence, and the sequence and style of installation would vary as per your place and feasibility.
• The set-up involves taping to the walls, however, it would be kept as minimal as possible.
• A few items involved in the surprise would be collected after the surprise reveal (Which you can check in the list of provisions). Any damages or loss of those mentioned products would lead to being chargeable.
